Pride of Ownership Partners team member Timothy Cabrera recently received the Lending Integrity Seal of Approval from the National Association of Mortgage Brokers (NAMB).

This recognition is similar to the “Good Housekeeping Seal,” and can help consumers identify mortgage brokers and loan officers who meet the industry’s highest standards for knowledge, professionalism, ethics and integrity.

In order to display the Lending Integrity Seal of Approval, a mortgage broker or loan originator must be a NAMB Professional or Loan Originator Member, possess or work for a company that possesses a current state-issued mortgage license, pass a national criminal background check, complete educational training (including ethics training), adhere to the NAMB Code of Ethics and Standards of Best Business Practices, and abide by NAMB’s formal ethics grievance review process.
