Our Mission

Our mission is twofold: to save Atlanta Metro neighborhoods and to make the dream of home ownership a reality for those who might otherwise been unable to achieve it.

We are committed to purchasing vacant homes which, if not rehabilitated, may deteriorate. We completely renovate these homes—repairs, new paint, landscaping, new carpeting, light fixtures and appliances. Then we offer these homes on a lease purchase (rent to own) basis at attractive rates.

We promise to improve those neighborhoods in which we purchase homes and to turn our renters into owners as soon as we possibly can. It is our hope to improve the quality of life of all of those involved in our program.

How Our Program Works

We offer three-year leases which may be cancelled at the end of the first or second year without penalty. Leases have an option to buy at a fixed price, which may be exercised at any time. Most important, we offer a 50% rent credit paid towards a reduction in the purchase price or assistance in down-payment for those who exercise their option to buy.

We even provide free credit repair and can assist our lessees in obtaining a mortgage.
