I think the lease purchase program is wonderful. My husband and I have been looking for a program like this for five years. Thank God for Jose and everyone at Pride of Ownership Partners. These last two weeks of my life have been refreshing. It started when I saw a flyer that read 'Turning Renters Into Owners.' I called the number and got voice mail. Because it was a Sunday I hung up and decided to call back on Monday. To my surprise, a gentleman -- Jose -- called right back after I hung up, saying he was sorry he'd missed my call and asking how he could help.
